Shipping policy

Please allow 1-4 business days for orders to be processed.

To ensure swift shipping, please be sure to include apartment and/or suite number, if applicable.

Shipping and billing addresses must match. All orders with differing shipping and billing addresses will be cancelled.

Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is, then, responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them at 1-800-275-8777.

 

 

For damages, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
